“Asbury Farms Urban Renewal, LLC has entered in Financial Agreement with the Township of Washington pursuant to New Jersey’s Long Term Tax Exemption Law of 1992, as amended and supplemented (N.J.S.A. 40A:20-1, et seq.).  The Financial Agreement determines the property tax using a mathematical formula which uses the purchase price and two other variables to calculate the property tax.  The property tax payment calculated on this website is calculated based on the current values of the variable factors and these variable factors may change over time, which will cause the amount of the actual property taxes to be higher or lower than the amount calculated on this website.”
